Returns & Exchanges Policy
By placing an order on stitchlux.store, or by using our Returns & Exchanges request portal, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with these conditions, we advise you not to proceed with the transaction.
Please note that this policy is subject to change. We recommend reviewing this page before initiating a return or exchange.
🛍️ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or returns within 5 days from the date of delivery. A return or exchange request must meet the following conditions:

The item does not fit

The product is defective or damaged

A part/accessory is missing

Wrong item was received
✅ Mandatory Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original, saleable condition

Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

No signs of wear, stains, perfume, or alterations

The product must match the order details
-
Items bought as a set must be returned as a set
Note: Products returned in poor condition, with wear and tear, or without original packaging will not be accepted.
🔁 Return & Exchange Process

Submit your return/exchange request via our Returns Portal

Once accepted, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email

Our delivery partner will attempt a pickup within 24–48 hours (2 attempts max)

If pickup fails due to location restrictions, you may need to ship the product to our warehouse manually

Upon receiving the product, it will undergo a Quality Check

Once approved:

Exchanges will be shipped within 8–10 working days

Returns will be issued as a Store Credit/Gift card, valid for 6 months on stitchlux.store

If your requested size/product is unavailable, we’ll offer you a gift card of equivalent value.
🔒 Cancellation Policy

Prepaid orders: Final sale. No cancellations or refunds.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.

Refunds (if any) are only issued as store credits. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🎁 Note on Special Offers / Mystery Boxes
Products marked as Final Sale, including mystery or "Mystery box" products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless received in damaged or defective condition.
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and supporting photos.
